4. Selling Products

If you are a seller on Drop & Take, you agree to:

• Inspect products during delivery or pickup and ensure they meet the buyer’s expectations.

You are responsible for any issues related to the products you list, and you agree to address buyer concerns in a timely manner.

5. Transactions and Payments

• All transactions conducted on Drop & Take are between buyers and sellers. We facilitate the transaction but do not directly participate in it.
• Sellers agree to charge appropriate prices for their products, and buyers agree to pay the listed price.
• We charge a 10% commission on each successful sale, which is deducted from the seller’s earnings.
• Payments for products are processed securely via the payment methods available on our platform.

6. Refunds and Returns

Sellers and buyers must follow the Refund Policy for returns and refunds. Buyers have 24 hours from delivery or pickup to request a refund, and refunds are issued only if the item is not as described or is faulty beyond what could have been detected during inspection.

7. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: All content on Drop & Take, including logos, text, graphics, images, and other materials, is the property of Drop & Take or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws.
• User Content: By submitting content to Drop & Take (e.g., product listings, reviews, etc.), you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with our services.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the website, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

Drop & Take is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. We do not guarantee that the website will be error-free, secure, or free from interruptions.
